5th October 1954 – 13th February 2019
Born to Reginald and Frances Pearce in Edgware, London, UK on 5th October 1954.
He attended Tiverton Grammar School, with a year’s exchange to Redfield, SD in 1972, where he stayed as member of Joe & Jean Dvorak’s family. This left a lasting impression on him and led to many repeat visits to the US to visit friends and his “American Family”.
After returning to the UK he married Carol (nee Burns) in 1974, in Bampton, Devon, UK. He attended Seale Hayne Agricultural College. He went on to work as a truck driver, motor parts factor and then started his own business in motorcycle sales and repairs before moving to motorcycle parts wholesale. This developed into supplying British Superbike race teams with parts and technical support.
He is survived by his wife Carol and his 2 sons, Matthew and Robert.
His funeral will take place at 2.30pm on Monday 11th March at Taunton Crematorium,
Somerset, UK. For any flowers or donations contact H. Tredwin & Son via http://www.htredwinandson.co.uk/ or email louisetredwin@hotmail.com
