On Thursday, October 24th, at 5p.m., 13 people gathered on the steps of the Redfield Carnegie Library to begin the annual Candlelight Walk in honor of those who have lost their lives to domestic abuse and those who have lived through it. Each participant received a battery-powered candle and purple bracelet to honor victims. The weather was slightly chilly, with the temperature hovering in the 30’s as the walk began at the library and ended at the Redfield Crisis Center.

Participants enjoyed hot apple cider at the Crisis Center at the end of the walk.
