Della (Koester) Vivien

Della (Koester) Vivien 99, of Thousand Oaks, CA, formerly from rural Redfield, SD near Crandon, passed away on March 19, 2025. Della was born on October 29, 1925 to Herman and Dora Koester. She is survived by her sister, Phyllis Wilker of Thousand Oaks, CA and eight nieces and nephews. Her husband Jean Vivien and other siblings Walter, Elnora and William have predeceased her.
