The Girl Scoutís Easter egg hunt was held on Saturday, March 29.
The event took place at the Redfield Public School playground. The event was underway promptly at 10:00 a.m. with a large group in attendence.
Over 1500 eggs were hidden, some in plain sight, around the playground. Each egg was filled with an assortment of candy.
The event started with kids running as fast as they could to find the eggs. Then once all eggs were found kids empited their eggs into their bags and returned the eggs to the Girl Scouts. Late-comers received a small bag of candy. For the complete article see the 04-03-2013 issue.
