Gregory Allan Foglesong, 50, of North Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away July 17, 2012 at Sunrise Trauma Hospital in Las Vegas. Memorial services and inurnment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Redfield, SD at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 22, 2012. Reverend Tim Fugman will officiate.
Greg was born June 2, 1962, in Redfield, SD. He attended Redfield Public Schools and was baptized and confirmed in the Congregational Church. Greg served in the U.S. Air Force in California where he met and married Tracy Reyes. To this union two children were born: Alexes and Kyle. The family moved to Las Vegas in 1991 where he worked as a HVAC chief estimator until his death. Greg had a great passion for his work. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, had an obsession for chocolate, loved to barbeque and enjoyed hanging out with his children and their friends. Greg enjoyed guns and target shooting, riding the dunes in his rail, and texting his mommo.
Gregory is survived by his best friend, his dog, Biddy; his wife Tracy; children: Derek, Katelynne, Alexes and Kyle; parents: Dallas Fogelsong of Huron, Sarah and Tom Sandvick of Spearfish; brother, Lance (Krista) Fogelsong of Fort Myers, FL and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Greg was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ruth and Eldon Foglesong and Myrtle and Floyd Klebsch; and uncle, Roger Foglesong.
