2012 4-H Special Foods Contest held

Five youth participated in the Spink County 4-H Special Foods Contest on June 21, 2012. In 4-H Special Foods, 4-H’ers display their cooking techniques and food safety skills as they prepare a dish in front of a judge. Participants also assemble a place setting and are interviewed on their nutrition knowledge.
