Harold Tott

Harold Tott of Sunnyvale, CA passed peacefully while napping on May 9, 2012. The Beloved husband of Dolores Ellen Tott and devoted father to Bob and Timothy (Karen). Brother to Bernice of Redfield, SD and Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Dad had 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

He was born in Tulare, SD to Esther and Bob Tott on September 15, 1922. In the US Navy Harold served as Boatswain Mate 1st class before he married Dolores in 1946 (married 65 years!). They moved to CA in 1949. Dad started a new and used furniture business known as The DH Trading Post which he finally closed in 2006 at age 84!

He was preceded in death by his Father and Mother, brother Julius, sister Alice and twin sister Harriet, his daughter Joyce and son Jeff as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, May 26th, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. in All Saints Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 22555 Cristo Rey Drive, Los Altos.
