Harmony Red Hat Club met July 11, 2012 at Karlan Bicknese home with Ruth Swanson as co-hostess. President, Karlan Bicknese opened the meeting with the American flag pledge. Secretary West read roll call with 12 members and one guest, Ebony Bicknese(Karlan and Dan Bicknese granddaughter from Boise, ID) answering with, "What did you do on the 4th of July?"
Dianne West also read the minutes of the June meeting.

Old business: Those who plan on going to Pipestone on July 28 are to meet in Frankfort on main street at 7 am. Dianne West voluntered to drive members to Pipestone. Also talked more about having a Red Hat luncheon this fall or not. More discussion on this subject at the next meeting.
Marian Starr talked about going to the Goss Opera House in Watertown for the August meeting. Members decided that it was to close to the Pipestone outing for this year. Dianne volunteered to be a hostess at the August meeting with Marian Starr.
Sick report was given on Boyden Frericks and club members who where at the meeting, Bernice Solheim and Gerry Robinson.
No further business, president Bicknese closed the meeting followed with the club drawings. Bernice Solheim won the door prize containing a ceramic bird. Marian Starr won the 85 cents in nickels and Dianne West guess the pinch package, containing scotch tape.
The next meeting will be Wednesday, August 8th with Marian Starr and Marlis Freeburg as co-hostesses. Hope to see you then.
