RDO Equipment Co. Announces Jon Nelson as Choice Awards Achiever

FARGO, N.D. APRIL 3, 2012: RDO Equipment Co. recently presented Jon Nelson, Redfield Service Technician, with the company's Choice Award distinction.

The Choice Award is RDO Equipment Co.'s unique performance recognition program that recognizes employees for excellence in exemplifying the company's Core Values. Team members nominate each other by submitting examples of how their fellow employees practice the Core Values through their daily interactions with each other and customers.

The Choice Award was presented to 76 individuals representing service, parts, sales, management, and operational support positions throughout the company. Achievers and their guests celebrated their Choice Award recognition March 10 - 15, 2012 onboard the Millennium cruise ship, part of the Celebrity cruise line fleet. Ports of call included Miami, Fla.; Falmouth, Jamaica; and George Town, Cayman Islands.
