Olivia Esser, daughter of Jay and Deb Esser of Redfield, was crowned the 2010 SD Snow Queen on Saturday, January 16. Olivia, who is actively involved in many organizations, credits what she has gained from her involvment in FCCLA and FBLA for her victory. According to Olivia, “Snow Queen is not only a platform to display our accomplishments, but also a chance to succeed. It challenges us to step outside our box and try.”
